This will allow potential customers to visualise the interior/exterior much more clearly before and after they view your property. In turn reducing unnecessary visits, which will free more of your own time and greatly increase the prospect of a sale or lease.

There are three main plans available - Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The Bronze floor plan starts at only £69, this is up to and including a four apartment property (three bedrooms), regardless of size. Any rooms over and above this will be charge an additional £10 for each room.

The Silver floor plan starts at only £109, this up to and including a four apartment property (three bedrooms), regardless of size. Any rooms over and above this will be charged an additional £10 for each room.

The Gold floor plan starts at only £149, this is up to and including a four apartment property (three bedrooms), regardless of size. Any rooms over and above this will be charged an additional £15 for each room.

We can also draft elevation drawings if required and produce floor plans from architectural drawings.

If you want the benefit of a quality floor plan but don't have the budget for the full service you can fax a sketch to us with your measurements of the property. We will then draw it up to the same exact standards giving you an excellent finish but at a fraction of the cost.

All our work is designed to meet the RICS guidelines. 

We aim to provide a draft by e-mail within 48 hours (PDF or JPEG) of instructions and 72 hours by post, provided that there is ready access to the property.
