If you are leasing/letting property The Land Registry now requires a floor plan with all new registrations / changes of leased properties such as flats, shops and offices where the lease relates to only a part of the registered land. The floor plan has to conform to a recognised scale, show a compass bearing, illustrate the boundary of the demised premises, and designate, where appropriate, ‘common areas’ shared with others. The Floor plans Company can provide this service. PREMISES LICENCE - LICENSING ACT 2003 Under the new regulations ALL licensed premises need to apply for the new PREMISES LICENCE in order to continue trading. ALL applications will need to be accompanied by a plan of premises. |
