Once the type of floor plan has been established, a date and time will be arranged to gain access to your property to conduct a survey. Every effort will be taken to arrange the visit as soon as possible, to ensure the minimum delay for our clients. Generally most surveys take between one to two hours to complete, depending on the size of the property and floor plan requested (i.e. basic or detailed). When surveying your property we will mostly use laser distance meters for internal use and the tried and tested measuring tape and long tape for the exterior of the building and garden . This will enable us to draft the plan accurately to size and provide dimensions to all rooms concerned. Don’t worry about any upheaval to yourself or your property as every care will be taken when entering clients homes.

Within forty eight hours of the survey, we will be able to provide a draft copy of your plans for you to approve before final the draft.
