The Silver floor plan starts at only £109, this up to and including a four apartment property (three bedrooms), regardless of size. Any rooms over and above this will be charged an additional £10 for each room.

ie: six apartment property - 2 x £10 for extra rooms + Silver fee = £129.

For this fee our team will survey your property and draft up a basic floor plan including your room measurements, windows and doors. This plan will also include a full and comprehensive garden survey.

Please Note: A garden survey would be calculated at no more than 4x the gross external area of the building structure, any garden over and above this size will be priced accordingly.

If you would like to add colour or change the font/size, then let us know as it can be amended without any problems.
