The Gold floor plan starts at only £149, this is up to and including a four apartment property (three bedrooms), regardless of size. Any rooms over and above this will be charged an additional £15 for each room.

ie: six apartment property - 2 x £15 for extra rooms + Gold fee = £179.

For this fee we will survey your property and draft up a detailed floor plan taking into account the location of all power points, lighting, light switches, electrical mains box, walk in cupboards, loft access, radiators, television points, phone points, full kitchen layout, full bathroom layout, fire places, ceiling heights, garages and a full and comprehensive garden survey.

Please Note: A garden survey would be calculated at no more than 4x the gross area of the building structure, any garden over and above this area will be priced accordingly.
